The Lazio played in the Stadio Flaminio from 1927 to 1963 and the 1989/1990 season during the renovation of the Olympic Stadium for the World Cup in 1990. E 'situated in the Flaminio district of the city of Rome. It was built in 1957 after demolizzione the "old" camp. It was designed by the architects and Antonio Pierluigi Nervi and saw his baptism Journal on March 12, 1959. The "old" Flaminio Stadium was the first National Fascist Party, then became National Stadium and then Turin, in honor of the tragic accident Superga where perì the "Grande Torino". The current capacity of the stadium is estimated at 24,000 places for 8,000 seats. The areas for the athletes are equipped with spacious changing rooms, all equipped with showers, baths, massage rooms, and an infirmary. Also available: a swimming pool 25x10 meters indoors and heated, a hall for fencing and two smaller rooms for training, a group of two gymnasiums for the fight and lifting weights, a boxing hall and a gymnasium for gymnasts. The last championship football disputed by Lazio at the Flaminio stadium was the 1989/90 championship for restructuring the Olympic Stadium during the World Championships Football 1990.
